Terms of Service

The short version: use EstateSuite honestly, your data stays yours, pay simply by Easypaisa, and we will always try to resolve any problem with you fairly before anything else.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EstateSuite website and cloud software (the "Service"), provided by EstateSuite (operated by Muhammad Ali Baig) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate registration details and keep your password confidential.
  • You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by staff you add.
  • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access so we can help you secure the account.
  • The person who registers the company is its Owner and controls who else can access it.

3. Free trial

Every new account receives a 2-month free trial. No payment details are required to start. During the trial you may use the features of the plan you selected. Before the trial ends we will remind you. If you do not choose a plan, your account is paused and your data is kept for 30 days (see Section 8).

4. Plans, prices and payment

  • Plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page in Pakistani rupees and may be updated from time to time. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.
  • Payment is made by transferring the plan amount to our Easypaisa account 03425306911 (account title MUHAMMAD ALI BAIG) and sending us a screenshot of the payment on WhatsApp so we can match it to your account.
  • Paying yearly in advance earns a discount, as shown on the Pricing page.
  • If any government tax applies to software services, it is added on top of the listed price and shown before you pay.
  • We may pause an account if a due payment is not received, after giving you reasonable notice and a chance to pay.

5. Your data

You own the information you put into the Service — your leads, customers, properties, sales, staff and accounting records ("Your Data"). We only use it to provide, secure and improve the Service and to support you. We do not sell Your Data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

You are responsible for having the right to store the personal information of your customers and staff (for example CNIC numbers) and for using it lawfully.

6. Acceptable use

Please use the Service fairly. You agree not to:

  • break any law of Pakistan or use the Service for fraud, deception or any unlawful purpose;
  • upload malicious software or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or to another company’s data;
  • overload or interfere with the Service, or resell it without our written permission;
  • use the Service to send unlawful, abusive or misleading messages.

7. Availability and support

We work hard to keep the Service available and secure, and we take regular backups, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will announce planned maintenance where we can. Support is available by phone and WhatsApp; response times depend on your plan.

8. Cancelling and leaving

You may stop using the Service at any time. Tell us and we will stop your renewal. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

After your account ends or is paused we keep Your Data for 30 days so you can return or ask for an export. After that period we may delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use it for your own business while you have an active account. Your Data remains yours.

10. Our responsibility

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost deals, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You remain responsible for your own business decisions, contracts and legal, tax and regulatory compliance. The Service is a tool and does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service grows. When we make a meaningful change we will tell you in the Service or by message, and the change applies from the date stated. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002 and the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 where applicable. We would always prefer to sort out any disagreement together first — please contact us and we will work in good faith to resolve it. If that is not possible, the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction.
