Why we built JRealtor
Most property businesses in Pakistan still run on a mix of registers, Excel sheets and WhatsApp groups. Leads get lost between agents, the same plot is promised to two buyers, installment records drift out of date and nobody is sure which payments are overdue.
Global CRMs are powerful, but they are priced in dollars and know nothing about marla, files, possession charges or CNIC-based customer records. JRealtor is built from the ground up around how Pakistani real estate is actually bought and sold — leads, bookings, installment plans, inventory, staff and accounts in one system.
JRealtor is a Pakistani product, operated by Muhammad Ali Baig, and is used entirely online — there is nothing to install and it works anywhere in the country.
