1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how EstateSuite (operated by Muhammad Ali Baig) ("we") handles personal information when you visit our website or use EstateSuite. It is written to be read easily and to follow the laws of Pakistan that apply to us.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, phone number, company name, city and address, and your password (stored only in scrambled, hashed form).
• Business data you enter: leads, customers, property listings, bookings, sales, payments, staff records, documents and accounting entries. This includes personal details you record about your own customers and employees, such as CNIC numbers and contact details.
• Usage and security information: sign-in times, IP address and browser type, used to keep accounts secure and to investigate problems.
• Messages you send us: for example on WhatsApp or through the contact form, including payment screenshots you send to confirm a payment.

3. How we use it

• To create and run your account and provide the Service.
• To confirm payments, provide support and respond to your requests.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
• To send service messages such as email verification, password resets, payment and trial reminders, and — if you enable them — reminders to your own customers about installments.
• To improve the Service. We do not use your business records for advertising.

4. Your customers’ information

When you record information about your own customers and staff, you decide what to store and why. In that role you are responsible for using it lawfully, and we process it only on your behalf and on your instructions to provide the Service.

5. Who can see your data

Only the people you give access to in your company can see your data, according to the roles and permissions you set. Other companies on the platform cannot see it. Our team may access it only when needed to give you support or keep the Service running, and only under confidentiality.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example hosting and email delivery), when you ask us to, or when we are legally required to by an authority in Pakistan.

6. Security

We use industry-standard protections, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, account lockout after repeated failed sign-ins, email verification, separated company data and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, so please also protect your own password and devices.

7. How long we keep information

We keep your information while your account is active. If your account ends we keep it for 30 days so you can return or request an export, after which we may delete it unless we must keep certain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

8. Your choices and rights

• You can view and update your account details inside the Service.
• You can ask us to correct, export or delete your information by contacting us.
• You can ask us to stop non-essential messages at any time.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use only what is needed to keep you signed in and remember your session on your device. We do not use advertising trackers on the Service.

10. Children

The Service is for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will tell you about meaningful changes.
