No. JRealtor covers the sales and finance side of a society — plot inventory, members, payment plans, recoveries, accounts and staff. It is not a resident-services or estate-maintenance system.
Can it handle balloting and plot transfers? +
Balloting and transfer are not built-in workflows. JRealtor keeps the plots, members, payment plans and payments around them. If your society needs a particular process modelled, the Advanced plan includes custom workflows and reports — contact us to discuss it.
Can you migrate our existing member data? +
