A booked unit is instantly marked Reserved so no other agent can sell it. Unconfirmed holds expire automatically and the unit returns to available stock.
Agreed price and down payment
Record the total agreed price, the down payment amount and whether it has been received, with the receipt reference when you confirm.
Confirm or cancel with confidence
Confirming a booking marks the unit as sold in the same step. Cancelling a booking frees the unit again — even after confirmation.
